RESERVATION & GUEST POLICIES
Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only when a completed reservation request form and an advance deposit of 1/2 the advertised amount (excluding taxes) has been received. Please reserve as far in advance
as possible to ensure room availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
Summer (Sunseeker Season) rental cancellations must be made prior to April 1st. After April 1st refund only if unit is re-rented. Cancellations for other seasons must be made 48 hours in advance. A $25.00 non-refundable service charge is assessed on all cancellations.
Check-In / Check-Out
All arrivals and departures are handled at the Lodge office. Check-in is any time after 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and check-out is before 9:30 a.m. on the following Saturday.
BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL.
General Rules
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed in Lodge or Cottages
No Fireworks or Bonfires Allowed on premise.
