RESERVATION & GUEST POLICIES

Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only when a completed reservation request form and an advance deposit of 1/2 the advertised amount (excluding taxes) has been received. Please reserve as far in advance as possible to ensure room availability. We do not provide sheets or towels during the sunseeker season.

Cancellations & Refunds
Summer (Seekers Season) rental cancelations must be made prior to February 16th for a full refund, minus $25 and by March 31st for for 1/2 of the deposit refunded. After April 1st a refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented, otherwise you are responsible for the full payment. Cancelations for all other seasons must be made 48 hours in advance. A $25.00 non refundable service charge is assessed on all cancelations.
Check-In / Check-Out
All arrivals and departures are handled at the Lodge office. Check-in is any time after 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and check-out is before 9:30 a.m. on the following Saturday.
BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL.
